Built around the universal constant of the wheel axle itself, the Full Mount hangerless attachment creates a far stronger connection to the frame and the super strong derailleur provides unprecedented strength. Shifting under load is made possible due to a combination of X-SYNC technology and cassette mapping, creating seamless shifts even during your hardest power output. The new AXS Pods are extremely ergonomic and highly customizable, so shifting gears is light and intuitive. It's simply the most advanced transmission and nearly as tough as the mountain itself. - XC or TR The TR builds feature more travel (115mm rear, 120mm front) slightly beefier tires (Maxxis Rekon), a full height adjust dropper post, no lockout remote, and larger brake rotors. It's not a trail bike, it's an XC bike for certain courses. - Light Carbon Frame The full-suspension Blur is lighter than most pre-race dinners you'll eat - 289g saving over the previous generation. - Reserve 28 XC wheels This is the lightest Reserve MTB rim (385g or 1367g complete). The rim bed is shallower and wider, meant for the newer generation of higher volume XC tires which are popular with elite racers. - Geo to match The Blur's chainstay length is matched to frame size so every rider, no matter their height, gets the same balanced geometry and bike fit. - Two water bottles Two water bottle mounts within the front triangle mean there's enough juice (or whatever electrolytes you choose) to keep the engine running. - No proprietary gubbins There are no fiddly proprietary parts that could leave you stranded in a Cape Epic or Breck Epic campsite. - Made to last many lifetimes The legendary Santa Cruz fit, finish, and quality construction put this into a league of its own. The frame, bearings, and optional Reserve wheels come with a lifetime warranty and any service is easy to do with our Rider Support pledge. - Chainguide The only thing you'll be dropping is your competitors. - Superlight™ Suspension Our priority with the Blur was to ensure that every kilojoule of a rider's energy is translated into forward thrust. That meant making something lightweight but also really efficient. This is the (super)lightest suspension we've ever made. Frame Sizing If you're on the cusp between the recommended height range of two sizes, the absolute best thing is to try to ride them both. At a minimum, check the stack/reach measurements on your current bike and compare it to the new model you are looking at to get an idea of a fit you are already comfortable with. If riding the bike is not an option, consider the following. Personal Preference A larger size frame will be more stable and will give you more room to move without upsetting the weight balance of the bike. The larger size will put the front wheel further in front of you, which gives the feeling of security and conversely, it will require more significant body movements when you WANT to shift the weight bias of the bike. Think hard about your riding style and how active/intuitive you want it to be vs. stable and speedy. You'll need to work a bit harder to muscle the larger bike around. Body Dimension Not all bodies at a given height are the same. If you have longer legs and a shorter torso than the average person your height, that may push you towards the smaller of the recommended sizes. If you're all torso and arms, most likely you'll want to size up.

If in doubt, take a Bronson out From flat out on the TR to fully flat over a table, if you wanna send it the Bronson delivers. The 150mm-travel bike can go deep on any landing and the VPP suspension design makes sure that there's no wasted energy when heading back up for another go. If you value style at speed or want to have fun feeling fast, then mixed wheels (29" up front, 27.5" out back) are the right choice. The larger front wheel provides more traction and stability that'll make you feel more confident squaring off the turns and diving for the inside lines. But a 27.5-inch tire in the rear means this bike still loves getting up on the back wheel and into the air.

This noticeably improves suspension sensitivity in both climbing and descending scenarios due to reduced chain influence on the suspension. - Suspension consistency Hightower's leverage curve is relatively straight, with added progression towards the end of the travel. This provides improved bottom-out resistance with more consistent damping and support. - Glovebox Place your ride essentials securely beneath a new high-quality latch and panel in the Hightower's downtube. The Glovebox comes with a fitted Tool Wallet and Tube Purse, tailored for the frame to keep your tools close to hand. - Sag window A window allows easier suspension sag and setup. The details are completed by a neat mud flap to protect the rear shock plus tidy cable routing within the frame and swingarm, and rubberized DT protectors to shrug off strikes. - Flip chip In the Low position, the shock rate becomes more progressive, particularly at the end of the stroke, and there’s some bottom-out resistance to be gained. In the High setting, the bike rides a little higher in its travel and supplies the rider with more mid-stroke support. Tweakers and finicky shredders can adapt the suspension feel to their needs and desires. - 29-inch wheels Hightower features fast-rolling, bump-easing 29-inch wheels front and rear. The Downhiller's XC Bike The Tallboy has earned a loyal following amongst those who seek a go-to bike that will hold up to the relentless hammering of "power hour" hot laps or long days in the saddle harvesting the best TRs. The highly-refined VPP suspension on the Tallboy combines pedaling efficiency and all-out bump-chomping prowess. If ever there was a gravity riders' XC bike, the Tallboy is it. Fully dialed at every size: Proportional Geometry and frame stiffness tune Chainstay length and seat angle are matched to the frame size (STA steepens and rear centre grows as frame size increases) so that every rider, no matter what height, gets the same balance of geometry and handling characteristics. We tailor stiffness for every size to make sure everyone gets the same ride quality. Bigger riders means greater stresses on larger frames, but that's remedied with our size-specific frame stiffness tunes.

Entry to BMX Racing shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. The Mach One Junior is made to fit riders 4'8"-5'4".

Is a 22 for you? The Fit Series 22? takes it up a level from a traditional 20? bike with the added speed and stability of 22? wheels and tires. The all-chromoly frame features a longer 22.125? top tube length for room to move, with 9 X 29? bars to keep you standing tall. Add 3-piece chromoly cranks in 175mm, Fit alloy pedals that grip & go, along with a 25/9 gear setup that, combined with the bigger wheel size, gives you a higher top speed. S&M supplies the railed seat and the Speedball tires, fine-tuned with a 22 X 2.4? in the front and a small 22 X 2.25? in the rear. Double-wall alloy rims and sealed bearings all around make for durability and confidence on the course. The big bottom line is that a 22' makes jumps and rougher terrain more manageable. The Series One is where things get serious. With frame sizes to fit a wide range of riders and finishes to satisfy different tastes, the Series One has what it takes. Choose from SM (20.25? top tube length), MD (20.5? top tube) or LG (20.75 top tube) frame sizes to fit you and your preferences. Start with chromoly top and down tubes on our "Series One" specific geometry for control and stability on all terrains, from the skatepark, to the dirt to the streets.  Bolt-on a stable 33mm offset fork with a chromoly steerer tube to take the hits. The wheel set features alloy rims with a sealed cassette in the rear, with Fit 2.4? tires for a wide footprint. A Fit topload stem, Crossfit grips and an updated seat/post combo with more padding provide creature comforts. There's a Series One in our collection for just about everyone.
